Troubleshooting

Certified engineers from the PICC provide technical advice over the phone or travel to your plant for rapid on-site assistance.

All system networks require periodic health checks in order to detect potential faults before they cause unnecessary production stoppages.

Equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment our engineers will perform predictive maintenance checks onsite. And in the majority of cases, potential issues can be identified and eliminated during the site visit.

Upon completing this task, the PICC will provide a detailed Report on the technical analysis conducted and the recommended solutions implemented... Read more >>

System Design

A properly designed control and fieldbus system is fundamental to the smooth operation and long-term functionality of any automated plant.

Many communication problems encountered by new plants can invariably be traced back to poor control design.

At the Profibus International Competence Centre, our experienced engineers can design your complete control system, or act in a consultancy role assisting your internal electrical engineering team.
